A trip around Le Mans in a Jaguar D-Type, 1956.
Rather thrilling, what?

Wonderful! The first sports car I can remember..as a ten-year old I pressed my nose to the window to see the jag in LEX garage in Ipswich (UK). Several years before, when my stepdad owned a garage he used to spend much of the week restoring the cars that Mike Hawthorne was learing his craft at the weekend!

Glad you liked it!
Nothing like a D-Type for sheer beauty.
